1. If you are a New User, please select “Create a username & password” to
begin. If you are a Returning User, sign in with your username/email and password.
2. Click on the green “Set Up a Payment Plan” button on the left side of your
screen.
3. Review the Welcome information and click “Begin”.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
